BiographyMarina Rosenfeld is an artist and composer who lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. Her work has been featured in two solo exhibitions during 2021, «Partials» at Miguel Abreu Gallery, New York (through December 4), and «We’ll start a fire» at Kunsthaus Baselland in Switzerland, as well as «Seeing Sound» at Kadist Foundation San Francisco and «Hôtel le Lièvre» with Eileen Quinlan, in Paris at Campoli Presti. Her solo exhibition at Portikus (2017) instigated a series of concert recordings and translations documented in the Shelter Press release «Deathstar» (2019), featuring pianist Marino Formenti, for whom she is creating a new work for Tectonics Festival, Athens, in December.  2021 has also seen three new releases from Rosenfeld: «Teenage Lontano» and Index», both archival recordings from Room40 (Brisbane), and the duo «Leaving», with collaborator Ben Vida, on Italian imprint 901Editions.
