| Biography | Raz Kamaran is a Kurdish artist and animator, born in 1995 in Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan-Iraq. She studied Graphics and Animation in the College of Fine Arts at the University of Sulaymaniyah. Since 2018, she has been working as an art director and book cover designer for Peyk Books, an independent Kurdish publishing house. Raz has presented her art pieces in galleries and on other platforms. In 2021 she founded her animation studio, Deq Animation, and produced her debut short animation called «Crazy Glue». |
