| Biography | Tobias Krüger (*1989, Hanover, Germany) studied acting at the University Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy in Leipzig starting in 2011. As part of his studies, he performed at the Staatsschauspiel in Dresden from 2013 to 2015, where he appeared in productions by Susanne Lietzow, Jan-Philipp Gloger, and Roger Vontobel, among others. In 2015 he joined the ensemble of the Konzert Theater Bern, where he worked with Johannes Lepper, Patricia Benecke, and David Mouchtar-Samorai, among others. From 2018 to 2020 Tobias Krüger was a permanent ensemble member at the Landestheater Vorarlberg in Bregenz. He made his debut as Gatsby in Ingo Berk's production of «The Great Gatsby», performed in the solo programme «Werther» in collaboration with Milena Fischer, and took part in the world premiere of «Vevi» directed by Bérénice Hebenstreit, among others. Tobias Krüger has been living as a freelance in Bern since the 2020/2021 season. |
