| Biography | Léa Jullien (*1996) Léa Jullien is a French artist based in Paris and Zürich. She began her art studies in Valence and then completed a Masters in Visual Arts at ECAL in 2019. Her practice encompasses installation, video and sound. She seeks to reinterpret the urban environment, crafting sensual and sensitive soundscapes. Deeply connected to urban landscapes and construction, she captures the sounds of the city, producing experimental music under the name Tropical Vegas. She regularly collaborates with artists such as Camille Kaiser, Jamuna Myjriam Zweifel and Magda Drozd. Currently, she develops a curatorial project on sound art, aiming to spotlight this medium within the contemporary art scene. Recently, she exhibited in June 2023 at the BabyAngel space in Zurich. |
